It takes time to choose the perfect jewelry. In our webshop, you can explore our current pieces and collections and study the appearance, materials, and prices for each piece of jewelry.

You are more than welcome to email us and get more information about the jewelry before buying it online. We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible and no later than 3-5 working days.

DELIVERY

At Cióió, we don’t keep stock because we want to avoid mass production. All our jewelry is made to order. The delivery including production time is usually 2-3 weeks (some pieces can take longer). Any longer delivery time will be notified by email immediately after your order has been handled.

You can choose to pick up your order in our studio in Copenhagen NV. You choose "pick up". You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

PAYMENT

You can choose to pay with Credit Cards, Apple Pay, MobilePay, and Paypal

SHIPPING

Shipments to Denmark: DKK 60.-
Shipments World Wide: DKK 150.-

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

From the date of receipt, you have a full 14-day right of return and exchange.
If you want to cancel your purchase, simply contact us about your decision.

If you want to exchange your current piece for a different size or a different product, contact us, and we will arrange it for you.

To comply with the 14-day return policy, you must send the notice before this deadline has expired. We have enclosed a withdrawal form in the shipment.

We will refund your payment, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal form. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original payment. Please note that you must bear the costs associated with returning the item. The item must be returned in the same condition, quantity, and packaging in which it was received.

If the item is visibly damaged during shipping, you must reject the package upon receipt. If the damage occurred during shipping, the item will be exchanged at no charge.

RECLAMATION

If you want to make a complaint about a product, it must be sent with the purchase data and the reason for the complaint to the webshop address (contact us for address)
